Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the OrbSquad application (desktop, web, or mobile services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to create an account and use OrbSquad. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OrbSquad to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or defame any individual or group.
• Share illegal, hate speech, pornographic, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, or any malicious code.
• Engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Deploy unauthorized automated bots, scrapers, or spammers on voice or text channels.

5. Real-Time Audio & Video Streaming

OrbSquad uses LiveKit WebRTC media servers to route live voice and video calls. Voice streams are processed strictly in real-time. OrbSquad does not record, store, or monitor private voice channels or audio streams.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

OrbSquad is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. OrbSquad and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Kullanım Sözleşmesi ve Şartları

1. Taraflar ve Kabul

Bu Kullanım Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), OrbSquad masaüstü, web veya mobil uygulamasını indiren, kuran, erişen veya kullanan tüm kullanıcılar ile OrbSquad Ekibi arasında akdedilmiştir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu sözleşme şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Yaş Sınırı ve Uygunluk

OrbSquad hesabını oluşturmak ve hizmeti kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizdeki yasal asgari yaş sınırında) olmanız gerekmektedir.

3. Davranış Kuralları ve Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Kullanıcılar aşağıdaki eylemlerde bulunmayacağını kabul ve taahhüt eder:

• Hiçbir kişiyi veya grubu taciz etmemek, tehdit etmemek, hakaret etmemek,
• Yasadışı, nefret söylemi içeren, pornografik veya şiddet ögeleri barındıran içerik paylaşmamak,
• Zararlı yazılım, virüs veya kötü amaçlı kod yaymamak,
• Sesli veya yazılı kanallarda izinsiz otomatik bot, scraper veya spam kullanmamak,
• Uygulamanın kaynak kodlarını tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) yöntemiyle çözmeye çalışmamak.

4. Anlık Sesli ve Görüntülü İletişim

OrbSquad, anlık sesli sohbet ve yayın iletimini WebRTC / LiveKit medya sunucuları üzerinden gerçekleştirir. Sesli ve görüntülü sohbetleriniz yalnızca anlık olarak işlenir; sunucularımızda KESİNLİKLE SES KAYDI veya GÖRÜNTÜ KAYDI TUTULMAMAKTADIR.

5. Yer Sağlayıcı Sorumluluğu ve İçerikler

OrbSquad, 5651 sayılı Kanun uyarınca "Yer Sağlayıcı" konumundadır. Kullanıcılar tarafından gönderilen metin mesajları ve içeriklerden doğrudan paylaşımı yapan kullanıcı sorumludur.
